Igni Sign

The Igni Sign is an arcane sign used to project flames, start and quench fires and, most commonly, set the Sal’Hadrin’s enemies on fire.

To use this Sign, the caster must have one hand free. The caster selects a target within range and makes an Opposed WP Test. Success indicates that the projected flame has struck and deals 1d10+ WP Bonus of Flame damage or can ignite/quench small fires (roughly the size of a common torch). In the case of igniting or quenching flames, the caster makes a WP Test. For small flames (base level), a single success is sufficient. For larger flames (up to 1m on a side), 2 degrees of success are required, and at the limit of the power’s effects, 3 degrees of success are required to ignite or quench fires up to 3m on a side.

Now projects flame in a cone 5m wide at its far end. Increase damage to 2d10+ WP Bonus. Can instantly ignite or quench fires up to 3 meters on a side.
