Seven Saints of Talis
|Casting Time||Full Action|
|Cost||Successfully invoking this Word of Power inflicts 3d10 damage, ignoring Toughness and Armor on the caster, as well as 1d10 Corruption and 3d10 Insanity. Additionally, restoring the target creature to life requires a part of the Speaker’s own life-force, reducing their Wounds by 1 permanently.|
|Effect|| This Word of Power can restore a dead body to life through the machinations of the Warp. Additionally, it restores the target’s original soul to this mortal shell (assuming that it had one), though such a rejoining is traumatic and debilitating. This Word of Power requires a body that is at least 25% intact, though it will restore organs and limbs sufficiently to permit the target to live (though lacking limbs they may be an invalid). In any case, it restores teeth, hair, skin, etc. as they were in life.
This Word of Power also invites retribution from whatever Warp Entity had possession of the target’s soul in death. You have been warned.
The Word of Life restores vitality to the Slain; the Grave is no bar to its Call.
